After completing high school I went to sea. Worked my way up to Captain. I have worked and photographed many places throughout the world. I took an interest in photography 1984, while working in California. Over the next 6 years I took 2 correspondence courses and 2 college classes to better my skills. Digital has helped me improve my techniques as well as open up new horizons. I am looking at new areas I never before had an interest. I shoot nature, landscapes, macro, and wildlife. I hope to soon explore people photography. God has always been a part of my life since I was a child. He has carried me through many hard times and has always brought me home again. In Him is all my trust.

Dennis, I've been tardy in checking some of these out. But I see your usual excellent artistry as you record so finely for the rest of us that "neck of the woods" where our God has placed you.
And, of course, I always appreciate and am encouraged by your spiritual insights.
